Scope and business identity

This policy covers streamlined-pm.com, operated by Streamlined Property Management, LLC (“Streamlined,” “we,” “us”) in Pennsylvania. It doesn't cover the Buildium resident and owner portals, the Resident Center and Buildium mobile apps, or other websites we link to. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Information collected

Information you send us. When you request a Rental Performance Review, we collect your name, email address, rental property address, number of units, and current management situation, plus anything you choose to add, such as your phone number or notes. We also record the page you sent the form from and any campaign tags (such as utm_source) in the link you followed.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details, such as your browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions.

Analytics. Google Analytics records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. It uses cookies to tell visits apart and to recognize a returning browser.

How information is used

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare the review you asked for, and follow up about the services you asked about. We also use it to operate and secure the site, including preventing spam and abuse. We don't sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosures

Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics and performance measurement. Google provides Google Analytics. Resend delivers form submissions to our business email. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that store a random identifier and last up to two years. Google processes this data as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. This site doesn't run advertising or remarketing tags.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits and page performance in aggregate. Neither uses cookies. When you send the form, we count the submission along with the unit count and situation you selected, but never your name, contact details, or property address.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.

Retention and security

Form submissions arrive in our business email. We keep them as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. The site is served over HTTPS, but no method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please don't send tenant information or financial documents through the form.

This policy is effective October 7, 2026. If we change it, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
